The NEW LEO Boutique Rooms in Budapest
As a result of my comprehensive interior design services, the goal was to create an elegant, stylish modern hotel that is both homely and attention-grabbing. The hotel operator had a specific request for the interior to be magical and soothing. They wanted it to be a refreshing oasis in the heart of our capital city. This is how we created LEO Boutique Rooms, from the design table to the placement of the last detail.
My client had a clear vision, and after a few meetings, their main request was to have the complete floor plan and 3D renderings of the interior ready within one month.
After meeting this deadline and providing them with the finished plans, I received the following response: “Thank you, this is exactly what I had in mind.”
After the approval of the plans...
Furthermore, I compiled the procurement (consignment) list for finishes, lighting, decorations, and furniture, complete with photos. Creating this list took an additional 2 weeks, and with its completion, the entire visual documentation for LEO Boutique Rooms was ready.
After brief discussions, the actual interior design work began as I started developing the execution plans, including lighting and finish plans, which are essential for the implementation of the interior design project.
Thanks to the comprehensive visual documentation and the completed execution plans, I didn’t keep my client in the dark; they saw exactly what they wanted in advance.
Afterward, we found the right construction team, who undertook the renovation of the 14-room LEO Boutique Rooms and completed it in a turnkey fashion within 10 months, just as they had promised.
